Paul is the CEO and a General Partner of Butterpie Venture Studio, the first venture platform to bring together consumer packaged goods, AI and creator-led social commerce. Instead of charging fees for services, Butterpie takes an equity stake and works as a true co-founder, bringing 20+ years of manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution infrastructure that is already in place. With ButterpieGPT behind it, every brand is built for fast growth, efficient operations and an exit that is ready for acquisition.
The other General Partners bring experience in entertainment (John Paukulis, $1B+ in Paramount campaigns), AI and enterprise technology (Vishal Shukla, Rysun Labs) and creator sales (Sabastian Enges, a national retail sales rep firm, and 19M+ likes as a creator). Butterpie is accepting creator and celebrity partnerships.
Paul is President of Minimus Brands, the business incubation company behind The Minimus Family of Companies. It runs an ecosystem of independently owned sister companies across consumer products, fulfillment and creator commerce, connecting creators, celebrities and product owners with the infrastructure, expertise and resources they need to develop and scale consumer brands.

Paul leads Minimus Fulfillment, the third-party logistics (3PL) company in The Minimus Family of Companies, which provides fulfillment services for other brands. The company works with many high-profile celebrities, startups and mid-sized brands in food, beauty, apparel and more. Its entrepreneurial approach uses a “micro-warehousing” setup: each team of pick and pack staff has its own set of clients, so they know each brand they work on closely. The company also provides public-facing customer service for many of its clients.
In 2008, Paul launched Minimus Products, an organic and kosher certified contract packaging company that packages food, beauty, supplement and personal care products for many brands, using its own facilities and more than 80 pieces of equipment. It can package liquids, powders and particulates into packets, stick packs, bottles, jars, bags, cans and more.
In 2017, Paul launched Minimus Distribution to fill a growing gap in foodservice distribution: the need for nimble distribution support. It has signed on several of the world’s largest food brands, newer smaller brands, and large national operators and group purchasing organizations (GPOs). It currently runs a program that distributes snacks from disadvantaged brand owners to hundreds of corporate, university and hospital cafeterias across the U.S.
In 2024, Paul became a partner in Digital Commerce Agency, which works with creator and celebrity talent and consumer products brands on their e-commerce and live-selling presence on TikTok. Paul works directly with TikTok corporate executives to help grow the TikTok Shop program in the U.S., and focuses on bringing entertainment and storytelling to the traditionally high-pressure style of online live selling. The company runs its own live-selling production studio.
License My Data helps companies license the business, clinical and video data they already own to AI companies for model training. Owners keep ownership of their data and every other right they hold. Before any licensee sees anything, an independent specialist removes identifying information to a documented, independently reviewed standard. Depending on the buyer, the deal is either a non-exclusive license that can be placed again and again, or a one-time exclusive buyout. Data owners pay nothing: License My Data is paid out of the transaction.

From 1995 to 2004 Paul worked in film and television, with offices on the Sony lot. The highlight was selling an action-comedy script, based on his original idea, for over a million dollars.
